西京网讯：近日，国家自然科学基金“外国学者研究基金项目”评审结果公布，由我校会计学院教师Yasir Shahab博士主持申报的项目“Environmental protection and restoration: Evidence from green mergers and acquisitions in China”（环境保护与恢复：中国绿色并购的证据）获批立项。这是我校在国家自然科学基金项目上首个获批的外国学者研究项目。
Yasir博士现为我校会计学院教师、现代审计与绩效管理研究中心和Accountaholics核心科研团队成员、审计专业硕士研究生导师。此前曾在ABS-4、ABS-3和JCR-Q1排名杂志上发表过多篇论文，包括British Journal of Management，International Review of Financial Analysis, Business Strategy and the Environment, International Journal of Finance and Economics等。现任西京学院会计学院核心研究团队带头人，曾获“西京学院高层次人才基金”。他还担任International Review of Financial Analysis, Economic Modelling, International Journal of Finance and Economics, Applied Economics,等多家期刊审稿人。
